Jewelers Mutual and its software services: Supporting certain appraisals, arranging shipments, and helping process customers’ insurance claims.
Outside appraisers, goldsmiths, repair specialists, and suppliers: Supporting appraisals, repairs, and related services. These partners may receive job details and see customer contact information included on repair slips or other job paperwork.

These providers may also collect information directly from you. Their own privacy notices govern their independent collection and use of that information.

We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party targeted advertising.

Although we do not process purchases directly through our website, payments for our products and services may be processed through Square, CardPointe, or Venmo.
